EXPERIENCE I began my real estate activities in La Plata during the 1970's. My marketing skills are updated with regular continuing education course work. Since 2005, marketing efforts for homes, farms, and commercial properties have focused in Northeast Missouri and especially, in Macon and Macon County area.		SOCIAL INTERESTS I participate in church, service club and other area activities.

CIVIC ACTIVITIES Macon Lions Club First Christian Church La Plata Masonic Lodge Macon County Historical Society		COMMENTS La Plata, Missouri is where I grew up. Upon graduation from Illinois State University, I taught mathematics in Missouri and Illinois public schools including a period at Macon Public Schools in the 1960's. In the 1970's, I ran an insurance agency, the La Plata License Bureau, sold real estate, and operated a hardware & appliance store. When the store closed, we moved to Texas where I marketed livestock feed supplements in the Southwest followed by a position as a Senior Loss Control Representative for a regional agri-business insurance company serving the Southwest and Midwest. In 2004, we moved back to Macon and I resumed Real Estate activities.
